GovernanceAISM is an independent nonprofit school governed by a nine-member board of directors. Among these members, five are elected by the AISM Association, three are appointed by the Board itself, and one is appointed as the representative of the U.S. Embassy. All parents and guardians of children attending AISM are automatically members of the Association.
