Welcome to the Booster Club

The Booster Club is a dedicated group of parents, former parents, guardians, and community members who work together to enrich the school experience for all students. Our mission is to build a strong and supportive school community through volunteering, fundraising, and organising events that enhance learning opportunities, student wellbeing, and school spirit. Whether you have a few hours to spare, a special skill to share, or simply want to get more involved in school life, we warmly welcome you to join us. Every contribution, big or small, makes a difference.

About the Booster Club

The Booster Club plays an important role in supporting the school community by:

• Organising community events and celebrations
• Supporting fundraising initiatives
• Providing volunteers for school activities
• Strengthening connections between families and the school
• Contributing to projects and initiatives that directly benefit our students

Meet the Booster Club

Executive Committee

The Booster Club is led by an Executive Committee of volunteer members who work collaboratively to guide the Club's activities, fundraising efforts, and allocation of resources. Executive Committee members are active volunteers who have demonstrated a commitment to the Booster Club through regular participation in meetings and events. All Executive Committee members have equal voting rights and share responsibility for decision-making.

The Executive Committee may consist of up to nine members and appoints a Treasurer, who coordinates financial reporting in collaboration with the school's Financial Services Department.

Supporting Members

The success of the Booster Club depends on the involvement of our wider community. Supporting Members include parents, staff, students, alumni, and friends of AISM who volunteer their time, attend meetings, assist with events, and contribute to fundraising initiatives.

Becoming a member of the Booster Club is easy. You can:

Community Events

Throughout the year, the Booster Club helps organise and support a variety of events, such as:

• ISSEA Recognition Night
• Collaboration with the school in the organization of sporting events
• Primary and Secondary Sports Day
• PS-SC Plays (collaboration)
• Booster Club Gala
• Family Sports Day
• Coffee Corner - Saturday ASA events
• Support Community Projects led  by the students 
• Collaborating closely with the ILD to enhance and enrich the overall student experience.

Fundraising Initiatives

Funds raised by the Booster Club help support projects and resources that directly benefit students examples: 

• New AISM Fitness Center 2025-26 
• Partnership with the school to replace, upgrade, and modernize all equipment kits used for ISSEA competitions and other tournaments.
• Partnership with the school to support the upgrade and modernization of the school's sound system.
